Richard brings an energy and passion to everything he touches. He has two decades as a television executive and is accustom to making things happen within the high-pressured Hollywood scenarios with millions of dollars on the line. He was one of the first producers of Million Dollar Listing LA (Bravo), which gave him an inside peak into Los Angeles real estate. He then went on to buy his own 1904 home in Angelino Heights.
Born and raised in New York, ethics and family values are guiding principles; family and community service are at Richard's core. He’s a long-standing member of Echo Park Neighborhood Council and currently serves on several committees at his son’s elementary school. If he isn't spending time coaching, he can be seen running at Echo Park Lake, mud runs or the yearly Chinatown Firecracker Race. He is a proud LGBTQA+ single dad who understands the importance of home and family.
